Mafra, Portugal
I took a picture of this beautiful door in Mafra, Portugal. The bright blue color and weather-worn azulejos (Portuguese ceramic tiles) really stood out to me. I also appreciated the slightly rusted fan light.
Mafra is a small town with an amazing 18th century palace about an hour away from Lisbon. If you find yourself in Lisbon for Christmas, I recommend making time to go door hunting in Mafra.
