Den Haag often languishes in the shadow of flashier Amsterdam. I had the opportunity to visit The Hague on a business trip and I was extremely impressed with the quality and variety of the doors that I found there.
In fact, I’d say that Den Haag has some of the best doors in the world. If you like doors, The Hague should be on your list of the top places to visit in the Netherlands.
I paricularly loved this simple Art Nouveau door surrounded by colorful period tiles. This is just one example of the dozens of beautiful doors that I found on our workcation in The Hague.
