Ardmore, Ireland
Ardmore is a charming seaside town in County Waterford, Ireland. I spotted this modest yellow door with festive lights and a string of decorations on the walk up to Cliff House and the Ardmore Cliff Walk just beyond.
While the sea views are what this area is known for, my eyes couldn’t help but turn landward thanks to this eye-catching Dutch door. If you are unfamiliar with door anatomy, a Dutch door is one where the top and bottom opens independently.
I can just imagine opening up the top half to let in a cool breeze or to lean out and watch the sunrise over the Irish Sea.
✨ Ardmore is one of my favorite places to visit near Dungarvan; read more on my Sidewalk Safari travel blog.
